Words cannot describe professionalism when dealing with Sarvy. Our last transaction was unbelievable. From the first meeting to the closing she had covered all the basis when it came to details. Not only did we get a record price for the property but we also had her negotiate all of our preferences when it came to closing and fixtures. When dealing with her you know you are number one. She made sure that she was available on short notice and walked us through all the details prior to closing. She made sure that she was personally available for every showing and extremely punctual. Last year we confided in a dear and trusted friend that we were considering downsizing from our large home in the Annex to a nearby apartment. He highly recommended that we meet with Sarvy Barghgir.
